Description: The complex has 4 building, with 60 apartments and a two-levels showroom. The residential area comprises large apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. They are 2 types of buildings in this complex.
- The first type (1 building), situated at the entrance of the complex has a commercial area (showroom) at the ground level and level 1; the levels 2, 3, 4 hosts 12 apartments.
- The second type (3 quasi-identical buldings), situated in the complex, has 9 car park spaces at the basement and 12 apartments at the ground level and level 1, 2, 3.
